White is walking around town singing his new made-up song and meets up with Black who says, ‘Its playtime’. Meanwhile there is a police interrogation occurring between 2 officers and a man in a jacket labeled North Dragon. Black and White 4 no 5 ‘monkeys’ and say they will finish them off in 10 seconds since white can now count to 10. They jump (fly?) into action from what looks like rooftops. In the interrogation room the officers are talking crazy, and the North Dragon tells them they are not serious.

Five guys are walking and trying to impress each other. One met Jim Carrey and another saw Tiffany. A glass bottle crashes right in front of them. White appears before them and demands money followed by telling them that Chinese monkeys need clouds to fly. The ‘five monkeys’ try to get white to leave by ridiculing him and pushing him while saying to crawl back up his mother’s hole before white proclaims that “ten seconds means ten one seconds”. White kicks one and takes a bat to another’s head. Black shows up with a pipe and the two of them leave the ‘5 monkeys’ a bloody mess.

There is a knock on the interrogation room door and the officers are informed of what happened. The officer calls them ‘cats’, juvenile delinquents, orphaned little demons who infest treasure town. The North Dragon says they can ‘fly’. Black and White are on top of electric poles saying that a lot of cops are looking for them now but nobody will break them because everyone else is garbage.

White wakes up inside a car. He looks at his watches and determines the time to be 7 and a bit o’clock. Black is out being chased by a bunch of men. Black shows up at the car with a bunch of money. White wants to pt it into his piggy so he can go on an airplane one day. The cops are in the station talking about Suzuki being back in town and looking into this information.

Black and White are in a public bathroom cleaning up, staling toilet paper and talking. White says he got kicked last night by a drunk and his nose is bleeding, and it must be brains leaking out. He made up a new song about having boogers for brains. A man yells at them saying he told them to not come here again so they beat him bloody. They leave to look for the drunk who kicked white.

The cops are out driving around talking about Suzukiand how he can transform the personality of a city. White finds the drunk that kicked him and points him out to Black. Black wants to get him and White keeps commenting about this watch. One of the officrs keeps talking about wanting to shoot a gun and gets excited when his partner mentions the city is about to explode.

Black beats the man and the two of them get away just as the police arrive. White is happy they got the watch. Skirmish ends with us meeting Suzuki, he is telling a subordinate to spread rat poison around for the brats.
